We will need the following information when booking your appointment:
Is the appointment for 1 person, 2 people or more?
Length of appointment desired, 60min, 90min, etc?
Modality? Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Oncology etc?
Special offers? Third Party (Groupon, Living Social, etc). Gift Certificate, Email Offer
Any special requests? (Specific Gender therapist, etc)
First and last name of client(s).
******Do you have a history of blood clots or cancer? (Why do we need to know this? For your safety we must know these health history questions. Clients with cancer can definitely still receive massage therapy, but they must be paired with a therapist that is certified in this area. )
To secure your appointment slot (via calling in or online, we no longer book appointments through email or text), we require a credit card to hold the appointment. It will NOT be charged unless you cancel, reschedule or no show your appointment less than 24 hours. This is for all appointments regardless if a 3rd party voucher (ie Groupon, Living Social) or Gift Certificates.
After booking your appointment online, please email us at email@example.com IF any of the following apply to your appointment: You have booked a Couples Massage (our online booking system only gives us one name of the couple and we need the second persons name as well)
If you booked a Prenatal we need to know how far along you will be at time of appointment so that we can prepare the proper bolstering for your session.
If you have a history of blood clots or cancer (so that you are properly placed with a certified therapist in that area).
If you have a 3rd party voucher (ie Groupon or Living Social).
Or if you would like to add one of our Enhancements to your appointment (unfortunately our booking system does not allow the option to book an enhancement online).

Cancellation Policy: To secure your appointment slot, we require a credit card to hold the appointment. It will not be charged or authorized unless you cancel, reschedule or no show your appointment less than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment and for any reason we are unable to secure the cancelation fee amount ($25 per person), you must pay this amount before booking your next appointment. No exceptions. An invoice will be emailed or mailed to you.
